Nominations open for the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award

Each year the Theatre Council of Tasmania (TCT) presents its Lifetime Achievement Award to an individual member of our community in recognition of their significant achievements and contributions to Tasmanian theatre.

This prestigious award can only be received once and is awarded to a living person who has:

• contributed significantly to the theatrical performing arts in Tasmania over a long period;

• contributed in a manner that exhibits generosity of spirit; and 

• had a lasting impact on individuals and the sector. 

TCT has previously recognised John Unicomb, Michael Edgar, William Dowd, Noreen Le Mottee, Charles Parkinson, Marcus Bower, Jon Bowling, Stan Gottschalk, Robert Jarman, Peter Hammond, and Moya Deigan through this award.
